The office is on the second floor. If you come in the front entrance (facing Old Big Bend Rd.), head down the hall and the suite is at the end on the right. From the back entrance (by the parking lot), take the stairs or elevator up—it’s the first suite off the elevator on the left.
Parking: There is a parking lot in the back of the building as well as some spots at the front of the building.

Payment can be made using cash or card at the time of session
Ivy Pay: For card payments we will use the app Ivy Pay which is HIPPA secure

Therapy offers a space where individuals can receive support and knowledge, to better handle life’s struggles. It can provide accountability coupled with understanding, so that clients may achieve their goals. Therapy can offer unbiased perspectives to help clients overcome all complexities of life.

Do You Offer Teletherapy?
I do offer teletherapy (virtual appointments) using Zoom, a HIPPA compliant platform.
I am licensed in Minnesota (MN), Wisconsin (WI), and Missouri (MO). Clients that are physically located in MN, WI, or MO are offered virtual sessions.
I do have a virtual policy for local clients that will be discussed in our first session.
Scheduling
Scheduling is first come, first serve. I do my best to get my clients the times they want to create a stress free process.
At your intake (first) appointment, clients can schedule out two months at a time.
Scheduling is handled directly through me via email, phone, or in our sessions.
Do You Take Insurance?
At this time, I do not take insurance.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider for possible “out of network” coverage.
